We cover the coast from Charlotte Harbor all the way north to Saint Petersburg including the waters of Sarasota and Tampa bay. With four boats available, we can cover any type of fishing you want to do. From throwing live bait to schools of marauding redfish, to pitching artificials at the miles of mangrove lined shorelines, to presenting a fly in the path of a tarpon or next to a tailing redfish, you are sure to find just what you're after. You will have the opportunity to pursue popular species such as redfish, speckled trout, snook and tarpon or the less sought-after jack crevalle, black drum and ladyfish.

As a full service outfitter we can set up your entire fishing vacation, from the actual fishing to lodging and any rental cars you may need. No group is too big or small for Barefoot Charters.

Captain Jon Turner has been fishing the waters from Charlotte Harbor to Sarasota and Tampa Bay to New Port Richey for the past 20 years. He has an extensive knowledge of the area, and its many rivers and saltwater estuaries. Captain Jon works hard to make sure every trip is more than just a fishing trip... it’s an adventure!
